Stay High's founders, Tom and Kat, first crossed paths slinging flat whites as baristas in speciality coffee shops back in 2016.

Since then, they've honed their skills by working with some of London's most renowned roasters. Driven by their love for coffee and a commitment to ethical and sustainable practices, they pursued an ambitious idea: roasting their own beans to make a meaningful impact on the industry.
